1. Provider and scope
These draft terms cover the Inburgify website, app and practice packages. The business details below are dummy data. Inburgify is an independent practice provider, not affiliated with IND, DUO or the Dutch government.
2. What you purchase
The paid offer currently covers A1 KNS. A package contains 5, 10 or 20 practice exams using credits. Reading, Speaking, A2 and B1 remain in development and are not included. You can keep buying extra packages. This is not unlimited access for one price; validity and retake rights must be finalized in the offer before real sales.
3. Price and purchase
Packages are one-time purchases with no automatically renewing subscription. Check the package, total price and terms in the app before payment. Official exam fees and registration are separate. Checkout is currently in test mode.
4. Account and use
The five public sample questions require no account. Paid packages and results are linked to your account. Keep login details private. A practice score is not an official result and does not grant a diploma, MVV or residence permit.
5. 14-day refund and statutory rights
A full refund of the first paid purchase is approved if requested within 14 calendar days of the first payment, with no passing condition or proof of failure. This additional policy does not limit statutory or applicable withdrawal rights. The request channel, refund handling and withdrawal process must be available before real sales.
6. Problems, complaints and changes
Report a paid feature that does not work as agreed through the final contact channel. Statutory rights for a faulty digital service remain. Product or price changes must not silently replace existing agreements. New features are not automatically included in a current package.
7. Materials and official information
The free trial uses original samples. Naar Nederland publishes official KNS material and Speaking tasks; official Reading practice questions differ from the real exam. No particular question or passing result is guaranteed. Bank matching and media rights are audited separately.
8. Before final publication
